PNP chief welcomes high survey rating
MANILA, Philippines — Philippine National Police (PNP) chief General Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr. welcomed the result of the Boses ng Bayan Index of Governance survey conducted by RPMD Foundation Inc. where he was among the highest ranked officials.
