("Aldebaran” or the "Company") (TSX-V: ALDE, OTCQX: ADBRF) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an arrangement agreement (the "Arrangement Agreement”) dated June 1, 2026 with Centauri Minerals Inc. ("Centauri”), a majority owned subsidiary of Aldebaran, pursuant to which the Company proposes to spin-out (the "Spin-Out”) approximately 18,535,783 of the common shares it holds in Centauri (the "Centaur
