Muntinlupa to give rice aid to 31,000 families

MANILA, Philippines — The Muntinlupa City government announced on Monday that 31,000 households will receive rice assistance this year under the national government’s “Bigay Bigas sa Masa” program, with four rounds of distribution scheduled across the city. The city government said the program provides direct food assistance to vulnerable sectors, including indigent persons with disabilities, low-income workers, and families facing health, social, and housing-related chal
