Arraignment of Estrada, Bonoan set for June 4
THE Sandiganbayan Second Division on Tuesday reset the arraignment of Sen. Jinggoy Estrada and former Public Works and Highways secretary Manuel Bonoan on the graft charge they are facing to June 4.
