Dizon orders replacement of sandbags used as barriers along Kalinga road with proper warning devices
MANILA, Philippines — Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon ordered immediate corrective measures after discovering inadequate safety barriers along a damaged section of the Babalag-Kinama-San Francisco National Road in Barangay San Pedro, Rizal, Kalinga during an inspection visit on Monday. Dizon expressed disappointment after seeing that sandbags had been used as makeshift barriers to mark a road slip area, saying such temporary measures were insufficient to protect motorists and commuters
