WATCH: Manila rolls out sirens to boost El Niño preparedness

The city government of Manila will rollout early warning devices and weather preparedness equipment to prepare for the ‘biggest El Niño.’ Mayor Isko Moreno said three all-hazard sirens and six automated weather stations will be deployed to enhance disaster preparedness and mitigate the potential impacts of extreme weather conditions on residents.
