CIDG on Estrada shirt during mugshot: No triple XL inmate shirts available
MANILA, Philippines — The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group - National Capital Region (CIDG-NCR) on Thursday said that Sen. Jinggoy Estrada only put the inmate shirt on instead of wearing it in his mugshot because no size was available during his booking procedure last Monday. PCol.
