Marcos inclined to call for special session of Congress
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is inclined to call for a special session of Congress to pass the administration's priority bills, including a supplemental budget to cushion the impact of the war in the Middle East. Palace Press Officer Claire Castro issued the statement after Senate President Pro Tempore Sherwin Gatchalian said senators were studying the possibility of holding a special session to act on pending bills and appointments delayed by the recent leadership
