Zelenskyy, in open letter to Putin, proposes face-to-face meeting
KYIV — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy proposed a face-to-face meeting with Vladimir Putin in an open letter to the Russian leader Thursday, saying he was also ready for a "full ceasefire".
