NVizcaya enacts ordinance to combat school bullying and violence

BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya — Before the first bell rings for School Year 2026–2027, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Nueva Vizcaya has drawn a new line around its classrooms, hallways and home screens. The provincial board has approved the "Nueva Vizcaya Safe School Ordinance of 2025," a measure meant to shield learners from bullying, abuse, and other forms of violence in and beyond school gates.
