BREAKING: Mindanao quake death toll rises to 19
The death toll in the 7.8 magnitude earthquake that struck Mindanao has risen to nineteen. This was confirmed by the Office of the Civil Defense. Twelve of the fatalities came from Region XII or Socsargen. The three others were from the Davao region.
