Eala climbs 4 spots in WTA rankings
Alex Eala climbed four spots in the latest Women's Tennis Association (WTA) official rankings posted on Monday. The Filipino netter leaped from No. 37 last week to No. 33 after ruling the 125 Birmingham Open in England Sunday evening, defeating Czech Nikola Bartunkova in the final, 5-7, 6-3, 7-5.
