Senate turns over Curlee Discaya to PNP
MANILA, Philippines—The Senate on Monday turned over contractor Pacifico "Curlee" Discaya to the Philippine National Police. The police mobile carrying Discaya left the Senate at about 7:30 a.m. The PNP served on Discaya the warrant of arrest issued by the Bulacan Regional Trial Court where he, and his wife Sarah, face graft and malversation charges for their alleged involvement in an anomalous flood control project in the province. Discaya had been under Senate custody since September 202
