("Talisker” or the "Company”) (TSX: TSK, OTCQB: TSKFF) announces that it has amended certain terms of the Equity Incentive Plan (the "Plan”) to be considered by shareholders and approved the adoption of an Incentive Compensation Clawback Policy (the "Policy”).
