Unidentified rally group occupies EDSA area, MMDA closes White Plains amid traffic disruption
MANILA, Philippines — An unidentified group of around 500 rallyists in about 30 vehicles occupied portions of EDSA and White Plains Avenue early Tuesday, prompting the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) to temporarily close roads and manage traffic in the area.
