Rival says Netanyahu 'fear-mongering' over warning of pre-vote attack

JERUSALEM — Israel's opposition chief early Wednesday accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of fear-mongering after he alleged that enemies may attack before October 27 elections.
