MANILA, Philippines — Supreme Court Associate Justice Rodil Zalameda has secured the unanimous endorsement of 15 Metro Manila chief prosecutors for the country’s top judicial post, as Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo prepares to retire on November 6.
